documentary work: the troquille family

Sandra Troquille died at the age of 37 of early onset heart disease. She left behind her husband, Mike, and their three children, Courtney, 17, Jordan, 12, and Cassie, 7. They live outside the small town of Festus, Missouri. Mike fixes sewers for the city of Festus and recently declared Chapter 11 Bankruptcy when he could not pay his deceased wife's medical bills. They are stoically keeping it together, navigating new roles, and leaving parts of their old lives behind.
